Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide — every single order, completely free. No minimums, no exceptions.


Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order after confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not ship orders the same day, and we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will typically ship out by Tuesday or Wednesday. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed (within 48 hours). A second email will follow once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to update. If there is a problem with your tracking or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. If your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us at info@savoiys.com.


Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information before checking out. If an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us at info@savoiys.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.


Wrong Address Delivery

If we are unable to update your address in time, we will wait to see if the package is returned to us. If returned, we can reship to the correct address or issue a full refund.


PO Boxes

We currently do not support shipping or delivery to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.


International Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local customs authority. These fees are not collected by Ray and Rest and cannot be refunded. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for information on applicable charges before ordering.
